Top 5 Hamptons Beaches for Your Labor Day Weekend! 🏖
From Southampton to Montauk… we’ve got you covered with this short list of the most beautiful beaches in the Hamptons
This is about the time of year — just as summer winds down — that I think to myself, “Why didn’t I spend more time at the beach?”
I do this every single summer – no matter how many days I spend under the sun (or under an umbrella, which is my preference).
It got me thinking… which Hamptons beaches do I love the most… and why?
So, here you go… as we savor these last precious days of summer…
MY TOP FIVE HAMPTONS BEACHES FOR YOUR LABOR DAY WEEKEND:
1. EAST HAMPTON MAIN BEACH, East Hampton: In addition to having the best fried flounder sandwich at its BeachHut, Main Beach in East Hampton also has — wait for it — its own Wi-Fi. That’s right. And it works.

2. ATLANTIC AVENUE BEACH, Amagansett: If you want to know which beach I go to the most, it’s Atlantic Beach in Amagansett. I love the easy, breezy vibe of Amagansett in general and that’s the same vibe you get at Atlantic. As a bonus, you may catch Sarah Jessica Parker or Scarlett Johansson taking a walk or Stella McCartney making sandcastles.

3. SAGG MAIN BEACH, Sagaponack: I love hitting Sagg Main Beach late in the afternoon and try to stay for sunset. The light in Sagaponack is legendary.

4. HALSEY NECK BEACH, Southampton: If you’re looking for a quiet beach to go to in the morning for coffee or meditation, it’s hard to beat Halsey Neck Beach in Southampton. Never too crowded, even in high season.

5. DITCH PLAINS BEACH, Montauk: If Ditch Plains sounds familiar to you, it’s because it’s a mecca for surfers. Arguably the best waves on Long Island. Also, don’t miss the Ditch Witch, a tiny shack with yummy wraps and salads.
